GigList protects your account with encrypted connections, email verified sign in and role based team access. Payments run through a certified payment operator, applicant data stays private to your team, and clear rules keep scam gigs off the board.
Encrypted from browser to server
Every page and every request runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and new accounts confirm their email with a 6 digit code.
Roles and an audit log
Agency teams give each seat a role: owner, manager or viewer. The audit log records who posted, edited, invited and hired.
Verified payments
Plans are paid by card through a certified payment operator with bank confirmation on every purchase. We never store full card numbers.
Rules against scam gigs
Posters can never ask workers for deposits or payments up front. Anyone can report a gig or a profile, and we review every report.
Private by default
Applicants, messages, screening answers and notes are visible only to your team. Public gigs show what workers need and nothing more.
Your data, your export
Business and Agency export applicants and hires as CSV, and invoices are issued every billing period. Ask support to delete your account at any time.
