New York City's world-famous garage-rock revival band, The Strokes have today announced details ahead of a last-minute show at the Roundhouse venue in London's Camden. The New York City five-piece, who formed back in 1998 confirmed that their latest and eagerly anticipated album, The New Abnormal will be available on April 10 after the now announced show in London on February 19.

The last-minute show at the Roundhouse so far will be their only show in London this year, coming as part of their tour across Europe and North America. The Strokes will likely be seeking to address and make up for the many sound issues they faced at All Points East last summer.

The New Abnormal will be the first Strokes album in 7 years since the release of Comedown Machine back in 2013. The band confirmed the release date of their album last night while performing at a rally for Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. The band are expected to debut fresh material for the London faithful at the Roundhouse.

Tickets will be on sale from Friday, February 14 at 1PM. They will be available to buy here.
