Australian Invasion: Listen to our picks of upcoming Aussie artists, featuring Confidence Man, Angie McMahon, Geowulf and more.

Let's face it, the Australian music scene is as hot as its Gold Coast right now. Historically, we've imported Australian music from big selling artists such as AC/DC and INXS and most recently there's been the hugely popular psychedelic export of Tame Impala, brainchild of Kevin Parker, who has also reached the heady peaks of success as a producer for acts such as Lady Gaga. Following on from that, we've witnessed a steady flow of Aussie indie acts coming over to the UK and US and killing it. So far, in 2018 we've had scene-affirming and critically acclaimed records released from artists such as Courtney Barnett and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever. With a bubbling hive of exciting new acts emerging, especially from hipster capital of Auz, Melbourne - British and U.S indie labels are flocking around the music scene, in an attempt to snap up the emerging talent on offer. Here's a few of the rising and emerging acts we've recently discovered - check them out below.
