Liverpool Sound City festival adds King Khan & the Shrines, Artificial Pleasures and many more to the bill.
One of the UK's leading festivals for new music and new artist showcases, Liverpool Sound City, has announced a further 150 acts have been added to the already brimming roster. It takes place across 20 venues within Liverpool city centre's, Baltic Triangle, one of the coolest city centre locations in Britain.
New acts such as Jordan Allen, Tom Tripp, 77:78, Fang Club, Nathan Ball, Trupa Trupa, Venus Tropicaux have been announced today. They will be joining the likes of Peace, Superorganism, The Slow Readers Club, DMA's, JAWS, Wye Oak, Yellow Days, Lucia and many more. Also included at this years event will be a wider arts programming featuring listings from opera to the counterculture. Greg Wilson will be playing the festival out at the official closing party.
