NY group reveal sultry lead single 'Lotus' featured on forthcoming LP, Kazuashita.
New York experimental group Gang Gang Dance has returned with new music after a 7-year hiatus. Their last release 2011's Eye Contact is to be followed by a new LP this summer. The trio comprising Lizzi Bougatsos, Brian DeGraw, and Josh Diamond have unveiled the title of the forthcoming album as Kazuashita. Today, Gang Gang Dance have shared the sultry, new age lead single 'Lotus'.
Brian DeGraw held producer reigns whilst recording the group's 6th studio LP, which also features additional production and mixing from Jorge Elbrecht. The band, who are known for their experimental sound have given fans a first taste of what to expect with 'Lotus,' which unfurls into a five minute long trip of swirling new age gongs, bells and synthesizers complete with electronic breakdowns.
