Maxwell Avenue is a Pop Rock band from Birmingham, UK; consisting of Ben Woodward (Lead Vocals and Rhythm Guitar), Tom Wilkinson (Lead Guitar and Vocals), Jake McCarthy Mansbridge (Bass and Vocals) and Samuel Warrington (Drummer). The band has recently been making a strong impact in Birmingham after competing in the SoundWaves Music Competition; reaching the top 8 out of over thousands nationally to perform in the national final. Maxwell Avenue have recently been referred to as 'The New Busted' after incorporating the sound and style moulded by some of their biggest influences (Busted, McFly, Green Day, 5SOS, The Beatles, Chuck Berry, The Jam, Slash etc)
Since the band formed back in February 2017 the band have performed to thousands of people around the Midlands and are currently planning their 2019 UK Tour which will take place after the release of their upcoming album 'Happily Never After'. The new album will highlight the struggle and pressure of highschool as a teenager in which we are introduced to a number of characters and events which will take you on a trip down memory lane to house parties, break ups, bullying, fights, love. The album will transport every listener into the world of Neverland, the place where nobody grows up.

Maxwell Avenue will be outside the O2 Institute when the doors open to greet some of our fans upon arrival. Please arrive at 6pm if you wish to come and join the band before they head backstage to get ready for their performance.
