Gee Wheldon that combines power vocals with a tongue in cheek attitude and painfully honest lyrics. Entering the music world as a classical violinist and singer, Gee blends classical and contemporary music to create a hybrid genre, heavily influenced by steampunk artist Emilie Autumn, but not dissimilar to the likes of The Smiths, Blondie, Marina and The Diamonds and Pulp.

The first thing to catch your eye about VIX is the deep forest green hair on a smartly dressed figure, then what follow musically is layered rhythmic guitars with a strong, powerful vocal that soars over the music like a breeze.
VIX is a sensitive and poetic lyricist, writing about their experiences growing up and getting through life. Blending their influences of alternative rock, J-rock and post rock together to create impactful tracks that contain relatable lyrics, catchy melodies and dynamic guitars. VIX has been extremely influenced by bands such as; Paramore, The Cure, Brand New and tricot.

Favor has been pushed by the desire to create fun and forward-thinking music. Their songs combine twinkly guitar melodies with frenetic riffs and dynamic chord progressions, supported by grounding bass lines and solid percussion, topped with melodic chants and hefty shouts. The band have been described as a cross between ‘Covet’ and ‘Tiny Moving Parts’ with elements from ‘Porcupine Tree’”. The London based math-rock trio is made up of vocalist and bassist Vikki Brand, guitarist Sean Gillen and percussionist Jordan Farrugia.
