A new release exhibiting confidence and poise...

Tom Misch has been on the music scene for over four years now, having released numerous singles such as 'Crazy Dream', featuring rapper Loyle Carner, and 'Sunshine' back in 2015. In the last year, however, he has released new material. Beginning with last summer’s 'South of the River' and continuing this year with 'Water Baby' (another collaboration with Carner) Misch has been slowly revealing what we can expect from his forthcoming album Geography, out next month. Misch capitalises on the anticipation for Geography with his latest release 'It Runs Through Me'; a collaboration with hip-hop trio De La Soul. As soon as Misch counts to four and the guitar kicks in alongside the high hat, it’s clear he has found his groove and is quickly establishing himself as the one to watch in 2018. Lyrics such as “there’s something in the sound that takes me far” demonstrates the excitement of an artist who is highly anticipating the release of his album just as much as we are. 'It Runs Through Me' is yet another example of the hard work Misch has put into an album that is set to exceed expectations. When Geography is finally released next month, it’ll be interesting to see how it’ll affect Misch’s exposure to wider audiences. April cannot come soon enough.
