

News: First Wave of Acts Announced for 2020 Reading and Leeds Festival
The iconic Reading and Leeds Festival have announced their first wave of acts to perform at this year's festival, including Stormzy, Liam Gallagher and Rage Against the Machine.

Reading and Leeds Festival announced the first wave of acts for their 2020 festival this morning and confirmed that 2019 Glastonbury headliner Stormzy will be the final headliner alongside Liam Gallagher and Rage Against the Machine. The latter was announced late last night as the iconic Rage Against the Machine unveiled plans for a major reunion world tour. The band will close out the weekend from Reading on Sunday, August 30.
The former Oasis frontman, Liam Gallagher was the initial headline artist revealed to perform at this year's Reading and Leeds Festival, as he announced his slot himself back in November of last year.
Reading and Leeds Festival have also announced that, Migos, Courteeners, Run the Jewels, Sam Fender, Idles, Gerry Cinnamon, Slow Thai and Rex Orange County will perform at the legendary festival this year, plus a whole host of other acts with many more names expected to be added to the lineup soon.
Tickets for the Reading and Leeds 2020 Festival go on sale this Thursday, February 13 at 9AM.
The 1975, Post Malone, Twenty One Pilot and Foo Fighters headlined Reading and Leeds in 2019.
