Festival Republic has launched a brand new event, ReBalance Celebrates International Women’s Day
ReBalance is celebrating International Women’s Day this year at Union Chapel, with an incredible day of networking, panels and a carefully curated evening of excellent entertainment. ReBalance is offering a great chance for industry fresh faces to meet some of music's finest and brightest rising stars.
The team plan to host educational talks with the purpose to encourage words of wisdom from women who have real-life experience within the industry from management to agents, promoters to marketers, riggers to stage managers and beyond.
Women from companies such as Festival Republic, Live Nation, Academy Music Group, Big Scary Monsters, Sony Music, MAMA, Ogle Hog, Metropolis, Melody VR, National Merchandise, BBC, Safe Gigs for Women, and PRS will be in attendance, with more to be announced.
The event will also include live entertainment in the evening headlined by Nilüfer Yanya, supported by Martha Hill and Tamzene who have both come through the ReBalance programme. Nilüfer's debut album entitled Miss Universe was named one of the best albums of 2019 by a number of music outlets.
