Electro-pop newcomer Vanity Fairy re-imagines the disco greats on 'Loverman'

Vanity Fairy aka Daisy Capri has shared the dreamy second track 'Loverman' from her forthcoming debut EP Lust For Dust out next month. If you're a fan of Ariel Pink's wonky and weird pop then you'll love this post-disco sizzler, co-produced with Sammy Yamaha and Simon Byrt (Pixx, Babeheaven). Vanity Fairy recently played a slew of small shows across the UK, without a live band, she had this to say about it: “For me, every time you play live as an artist, you’re kind of covering yourself anyway. Always chasing a version of that first moment of inspiration, or whatever, when you first come up with the idea for a song. I like the freedom of not having to play an instrument; it means I can really do the kind of moves I want to, and get down on my knees and so on if I’m feeling really emotional at a particular point in the set”.
