Listen: Hilary Woods - 'Black Rainbow'

Debut LP Colt due out June 8th via Sacred Bones, UK and Ireland tour announced.

Dublin native, Hilary Woods has shared the second dreamy single 'Black Rainbow' from her forthcoming debut album Colt, due out for release on June 8th via Sacred Bones. Sounding like a modern-day Julee Cruise, Wood's layers piano, synths, drone, vocals and beat's to craft her spacious electronic tracks. Speaking about the new track, Woods explained '''Black Rainbow' was so named because I loved that image, the idea that when that’s all one can see overhead / when a relationship is dying between two people that once loved each other very much - there is no choice but to believe that there is something better for you at the end of it all." Check out the track below. Woods is scheduled to play a London show at St Pancras Church on June 11th, as well as Meltdown Festival on June 20th.
