Leicester festival Wide Eyed adds more names, reschedules to September 2021

It's third time lucky for the day festival, with Beak>, The Orielles, SNAPPED ANKLES, Warmduscher and more heading to O2 Academy Leicester.

Having had to reschedule for a third time now, Leicester day festival Wide Eyed are pushing ahead with plans for the Autumn by revealing their lineup for this September.

As per the initial lineup, Geoff Barrow's Beak> will headline, with The Orielles, Warmduscher, Sinead O Brien, and Katy J Pearson, Chubby and the Gang and The Lounge Society, all returning the latter of which featured in our 21 New Artists for 2021.

New additions include SNAPPED ANKLES, Yard Act, Joe & The Shitboys, DITZ, and Wych Elm.

Taking place across O2 Academy Leicester's multiple stages on Saturday 21st September, Squid and Working Men's Club were due to perform but unfortunately don't appear on the bill for this September. For current ticket holders however, the promoters have promised something special for the following Christmas period: "Don't worry about the bands we've lost as we're going to be announcing a very special Christmas edition and existing ticket holders will be invited to an end of year blow out!"
