Today Greenpeace have announced the launch of Greenpeace AAA (Action All Areas), a brand new online festival that will commence 18-20 June and take place throughout the summer. The inaugural weekend will feature performances from the likes of Arlo Parks, Billy Bragg, Baaba Maal, Alice Phoebe Lou, Beardy Man, Denai Moore, Georgia, Flyte, Melt Yourself Down, Squid, Tim Burgess and many more. Hosted on its own interactive site, visitors will be able to roam different 'areas', from live performances to DJ sets and backstage chat presented by Sarah Lamptey

The virtual event's title not only references backstage access, but points to three action points and objectives. ACTION is Greenpeace's call-to-arms as they educate and encourage visitors to engage in activism; ALL will showcase the benefits of a plant-based diet, featuring celebrity chefs (to be announced); and AREAS will encompass the event's dynamic music billing.
