Bradford Cox led indie group have now officially begun work on their forthcoming new album.
Deerhunter have announced that they're reuniting for an early summer tour. Largely inactive since their 2016 tour, the Bradford Cox led group are to debut both a new line up and new songs on the dates.
It has been rather quiet since the release of their seventh album, 2015’s
Fading Frontier, however, according to 4AD, work on a new album is already underway with the first single expected this summer. It's to be a Euro-centric tour this time, apart from two New York City kickoff shows, the remainder of the shows take place entirely in Europe.
Cox is also preparing new music for a residency with singer-songwriter Cate LeBon at the Marfa Myths Festival happening next month. See Deerhunter’s tour dates below.
