Chrome Sparks Shares New Track - 'In2 Your Love'

Ahead of new EP Be On Fire and forthcoming US tour.

Brooklyn based Chrome Sparks aka Jeremy Malvin has shared a vapoury new single 'In2 Your Love' taken from his forthcoming EP Be On Fire due out via Counter Records (a Ninja Tune imprint) on New Year's day 2019. We've already had a big release from Chrome Sparks this year, after he released his acclaimed self-titled debut earlier in 2018, following on from this, Be On Fire comprises of much the same approach - lo-fi 1980's beats, retro soul samples layered with analogue synth swirls and sprinkled with otherworldly arpeggios. Lead single ‘In2 Your Love’ features vocal samples of George Smallwood, whose music he’s pretty much obsessed over throughout the making of the EP. Malvin pays homage to Smallwood's spirit on the track, as Malvin explains “The result is a track that I feel pays homage to an underappreciated musical gem and surrounds it with a breath of new spirit.” Check out 'In 2 Your Love' and Chrome Sparks upcoming US tour dates below.
