News: Boardmasters announce their 2020 lineup including, Kings of Leon, The 1975 and Skepta

After the abrupt cancellation of the 2019 Boardmasters Festival, last year just 10 short days before the event was set to begin due to a severe weather warning moods could not have been lower for fans for the long-running UK music festival and surfing event.

Roll on 2020 and this year, Boardmasters will celebrate its 40th anniversary by bringing the best in surfing and live music to the stunning location of Cornwall kicking off this year on Wednesday 5 August 2020 lasting till Sunday 9th. Almost 100 different artists from a variety of popular genres were unveiled today, including some of the world’s most exciting live performers such as Dizzee Rascal, Mura Masa, Sam Fender, Loyle Carner, The Kooks, DJ EZ, Camelphat, Damian “JR Gong” Marley, Andy C, Mabel, Lianne La Havas, Little Simz, Ocean Wisdom and many more.

Boardmasters 2020 will be headlined by the legendary Kings of Leon, as well as The 1975 and UK Grime powerhouse, Skepta. The entire five-day event will take place across two different sites in Britain's number one surfing location, Cornwall.
